What to include the first time.
Versions
Your Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source version, the extension version, and whether you run Hyvä, Luma or another frontend.
When it started
What changed just before: an upgrade, a new extension, a theme deploy, a settings change. Most problems have a moment.
One concrete example
An order number, a customer email or a screenshot of the admin message. One real case beats a general description.
Never credentials
Do not send passwords, API keys or admin logins by email or through the contact form. Messages containing them are discarded. We will agree a safe way to share access if it is needed.
