Point of Sale · iPad & Mac · Adobe Commerce & Magento Open Source
Every sale that does not start on the website, from the same Magento.
The trade counter, the phone order, the rep on the road and the stand at the fair all sell from one catalogue, one stock count and one customer list. It runs on an iPad or a Mac, writes straight to Magento, and keeps selling when the connection drops.
One app, four jobs
Wherever the order happens, it lands in Magento the same way.
Point of Sale is the name, but the counter is only one of the places complex merchants use it. The same app, the same catalogue and the same permissions cover all four.
The trade counter
A till that knows the whole business.
A timber merchant sells cut lengths to the trade all day, with account customers, trade pricing and stock spread across a yard and a website. The counter runs on an iPad on a rugged stand, prices from the customer's Magento group, and takes the last pallet off the website the moment it is sold.
- Customer groups and tier pricing from Magento
- Barcode and QR scanning, configurable products
- Cash, card, account and split tenders
- Receipts printed, emailed or both
Phone orders (MOTO)
The back office takes the call and the order in one motion.
A parts distributor still sells a large share by phone. The agent looks the customer up, builds the order from the live catalogue with their negotiated prices, and takes the card with a secure prompt so nobody reads a number aloud. The order is in Magento before the call ends, ready for the warehouse.
- Customer lookup with order history
- MOTO card payment or pay-by-link by email or SMS
- Ship-to addresses and delivery notes per order
- No separate order-entry system to reconcile
Field sales
Reps who close on the spot, not back at the desk.
A wine distributor's rep walks a restaurant's cellar with the buyer, checks what is actually in stock, builds the order from the full catalogue and takes a deposit on a card reader that fits in a jacket pocket. Offline in a stone cellar, synced the moment the van is back in signal.
- Full catalogue and live stock on an iPad
- Quotes, deposits and account orders
- Works offline, syncs when back in signal
- Sales associate on every order for commission
Trade shows and events
A stand that sells, not just collects business cards.
At a design fair the stand takes real orders for delivery, on hall Wi-Fi that comes and goes. Staff sell from the same catalogue as the showroom and the website, with show pricing switched on for the week, and every order is already in Magento when the team gets home.
- Show pricing and event-only discounts
- Orders for later delivery, not just cash-and-carry
- Device keys for temporary staff, revoked after the show
- Offline first, syncs on any connection
What it does
Built for the shop floor, wired into the back office.
Everything a busy counter needs, and everything head office expects to see in Magento afterwards.
Fast native checkout
Scan barcodes and QR codes, browse configurable products with their attributes, apply custom prices and discounts on the spot.
Integrated payments
Chip and PIN, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with split tenders when a customer wants to pay two ways.
Real-time stock
Every sale adjusts Magento inventory as it happens, so the website never sells the last one the shop just sold.
Works offline
Lose the internet and keep trading. Orders queue on the device and sync themselves the moment you are back.
One customer record
In-store and online purchases sit on the same Magento customer, with groups, history and profiles shared across channels.
Multi-store control
Per-location configuration, device management, role-based permissions and audit trails for the whole estate.
Reports that add up
Shift reports, sales analytics, tax reports and activity logs, all reconciled against the orders Magento holds.
Endless aisle
Browse the full online catalogue at the counter, sell what is not on the shelf and ship it straight to the customer.
Loyalty and gift cards
Sell and redeem gift cards, plug into LoyaltyLion and push passes to Apple Wallet.
Hardware that just connects
Receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and card terminals over network, Bluetooth or AirPrint.
Customer-facing display
Show the running order and branded content on a second screen turned towards the customer.
Security by default
Device authentication, encrypted credentials, PCI-aligned handling and role-based access on every screen.

Magento integration
Deep sync with Adobe Commerce and Magento, 1.x to the latest 2.4 releases.
The point of sale does not keep a copy of your business. Products, customers and orders are read from and written to Magento, with OAuth on 2.4.4 and later.
- Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source, 1.x and 2.x
- Multi-source inventory, stock transfers and ready-for-pickup flows
- Customer groups, tax classes and multiple currencies
- Orders appear in the Magento admin the moment they are placed

Live assistance
Help is built into the app, not a separate phone call.
Voice and video calling from inside the point of sale, for remote customer service and for staff who need a hand from head office or from us. Every plan includes Live Assistance minutes.

Questions merchants ask
Before you book a demo.
What does it run on?
A native iPad app, and a native Mac app built with Mac Catalyst for counters that prefer a keyboard, a mouse and a large screen. Both talk to the same Magento and the same device keys.
Which Magento versions does it support?
Adobe Commerce, including Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure, and Magento Open Source, both 1.x and 2.x, including the current 2.4 releases with OAuth on 2.4.4 and later. Multi-source inventory, stock transfers and ready-for-pickup flows are covered.
What happens when the internet drops?
You keep selling. Orders are queued on the device and synchronised to Magento automatically the moment the connection returns, with nothing to redo by hand.
How are card payments taken at the counter?
Chip and PIN, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the integrated payments, with split tenders when a customer wants to pay two ways. Other terminal providers are supported through the integrations list.
Which hardware works with it?
Receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and card terminals over network, Bluetooth or AirPrint, plus a second screen for a customer-facing display. The Point of Sale site keeps the list of tested devices.
Can it take phone orders?
Yes. The same app runs in the back office as a MOTO tool: look the customer up, build the order from the live catalogue at their prices, take the card by secure prompt or send a pay-by-link, and the order is in Magento before the call ends.
Does it work for sales reps in the field and at trade shows?
Yes. Reps carry the full catalogue and live stock on an iPad, take quotes, deposits or account orders, and work offline until they are back in signal. For events, device keys can be issued to temporary staff and revoked afterwards, with show pricing switched on for the duration.
How does the trial work?
Thirty days of the full Enterprise feature set, no card required, no setup fee, cancel any time. Most merchants have their first sale through within minutes of installing the app.
Can I run several locations?
Yes. Per-location configuration, device management, role-based permissions and audit trails are built in, and Enterprise + covers up to 125 device keys with a dedicated account manager.

A demo takes half an hour and uses your products, not ours. Or start a trial and have the first sale through in minutes.
