Pulse is ebizmarts' own platform, not a Mailchimp feature: a timeline per shopper in the Magento admin that any ebizmarts extension narrates onto. With the Marketing Automation extension it records cart synced, order synced, subscription changed, campaign attributed and webhook reflected, and broadens the behavioural events that reach Mailchimp.
