The three boards
Three brands, three voices, three audiences. Each store view is mapped once in Magento and the director can plan the quarter brand by brand.
Multi-store & agencies
A fashion group runs three brands on one Magento, each with its own tone, its own currencies and its own Mailchimp audience. Each store view is linked to its own Mailchimp store and audience from the setup wizard, in the same Mailchimp account or a different one, so a customer of one brand never receives another's newsletter, and an agency can run all three from the same Magento.

Why it matters
Every store view is linked from the same Magento admin to its own Mailchimp store and audience, in one Mailchimp account or several. All configuration is scoped per store view.
Customers and carts sync to the audience of the store they shopped in. A luxury brand's customer is never emailed by the outlet.
Orders sync in the currency of the store view, so revenue reports in Mailchimp read correctly per market.
Agencies managing several merchants have a dedicated setup guide, and each merchant's account stays its own.
How it works
The setup wizard, simplified for a first connection or advanced for multi-store setups, links each store view to a Mailchimp store and audience. Different store views can use different Mailchimp accounts.
Merge-field mappings, sync options and consent surfaces are configured at store-view scope, so each brand keeps its own settings.
Customers, subscribers, orders, products and carts go to the audience of the store view they belong to, in that store's currency.
The Magento admin shows the connection, the queue and the last sync per store, with notifications when something needs a look.
Ways merchants use it
Groups with several brands on one Magento, retailers selling in several countries and currencies, and agencies running the extension for many merchants.

Three brands, three voices, three audiences. Each store view is mapped once in Magento and the director can plan the quarter brand by brand.

A new store view for a new country goes live. It is mapped to its own audience in an afternoon, and its first customers sync in the local currency.

An agency takes over one brand's email. They get that brand's Mailchimp account and its store views; the other two stay exactly where they were.
